Hello, we want to understand more clearly how you feel at work and what factors related to work organization, working conditions, work requirements, or employee relationships with colleagues and supervisors cause you the most tension, stress, and consumption of your resources and health.
Please read the question carefully, think and answer how you really feel, not how you would like it to be, or what you think others would want to see as a certain result. Everyone is important to us, and each person's personal opinion and experiences matter.
Please note that all statements must be evaluated. At the end of the questionnaire, you will find open questions where you can leave your comments, ideas, suggestions, or address another area related to work organization that you would like to discuss and that is not included in the questionnaire.
For the study to reveal the true current situation, your active and sincere involvement is required. To change or improve the situation, and to solve arising problems, we must all act together. The survey is effective only when all team members participate.
