Hello, we want to understand as clearly as possible how you feel at work and what factors related to work organization, working conditions, job requirements, or interpersonal relationships with colleagues and leaders cause you the most stress, tension, and drain your resources and health.
Please read the questions carefully, reflect, and answer how you really feel, not how you would like things to be, or how you think others would want to see a certain outcome. Every individual is important to us, and everyone's personal opinion and experiences matter.
Please note that all statements must be evaluated. At the end of the questionnaire, you will find open questions where you can leave your comments, ideas, suggestions, or disclose any other area related to work organization that you wish to discuss and that is not included in the questionnaire.
For the study to reveal the true current situation, your active and sincere participation is essential. To change, improve the situation, and solve emerging problems, we must all work together. The survey is effective only when all team members participate.
The questionnaire is filled out anonymously, and the results will be presented in a summarized and anonymized manner, so you can express your opinion safely and openly.
Change can only happen when we know exactly what the situation is and what needs to be changed.
