I am Viktorija Kostoel Amdam, a master's student in the program of "Human Resource Management" at Vilnius University, Faculty of Economics and Business Administration. I am currently preparing my master's thesis on the topic "The connections between inclusive leadership, psychological safety, and trust in managers." I invite you to participate in this study, which aims to analyze the connections between inclusive leadership, psychological safety, and trust in managers and to determine how these factors interact with each other and affect employee engagement at work.
