Dear Participant,

My name is Akvilė Blaževičiūtė, and I am currently studiying for Masters degree in Human Resources Management at Vilnius University. As part of my Master Final Thesis, I am conducting a study on the influence of women's work - life balance on burnout with the mediating role of stress and moderating role of women stereotypes.

If you are a woman, who is currently working, and would like to participate in study, the survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Survey is anonymous and will be used solely for academic purposes.

If you have any questions or require further information, please feel free to contact me at [email protected]

Thank you for your time and valuable contribution to my research.

Sincerely,

Akvilė Blaževičiūtė
