The aim of this survey is to identify the problems faced by employees and employers when applying flexible working conditions. If you are an employee, I would be grateful if you could answer a few questions.<\/p>

- if, for example, you want days off after a month or later, and before that you receive a request from your employer to work extra, expressing your desire to make up the extra duty as if it were time off in the future. the employer has time to find someone to replace you in the future for the duty you made up while working extra when there is a necessity.
