Understanding and Application of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) among Master's Students - copy

Dear fellow students,

Currently, I am writing my master's thesis at Vilnius University. I am researching NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) understanding and applicability among Master’s students and their respective Individual Activity Performances at academic and professional levels.

I would be grateful if you could answer the questions I have posed for my research. I hope that based on the results of my study, we can determine the level of understanding and applicability of NLP among students in Lithuania (including those who have already completed their studies) and how this might affect their individual activity performance in the workplace and at university.

The survey consists of two parts. In the first part, you will be asked questions related to demographics and individual activity performance. The second part will ask you about your understanding and applicability of NLP.

I fully assure you of anonymity and confidentiality of the collected data, and that it will not be possible to trace individual persons from it. So, it would be nice if you could answer the questions sincerely and realistically.

I truly appreciate you taking the time to answer my questions. This will greatly assist me in conducting this research.

If you would like to leave comments, suggestions, critique, or the like, you can contact me at [email protected]

Best wishes!

Hatti Kuja

Everyone has their own version of reality
I believe that a person's thoughts, expressions, and words interact to create their perception of the surrounding world
Every behavior has a positive intention
There is no such thing as failure, as there is only feedback
The conscious mind balances the subconscious
The meaning of communication for a person is not just the intention but also the response they receive as a result
A person already has all the necessary resources or can create them
The body and mind are interconnected
When learning new things at work or university, I pay attention to my preferred learning style (visual, auditory, kinesthetic)
During conversations, I imagine myself in that person's place
During conversations, I tend to identify with and repeat certain phrases, words, and body language
When I experience an event, the meaning I give it in my mind may be completely unrelated to that event
I am a good listener
I suppress certain emotions triggered by situations while in other situations
When I am anxious or upset, I try to remember something nice that happened in my past
At work or university, I tend to look for the best-performing colleague and ask them what and how they do it, so I can apply it to myself
At work or university, I can change my behavior depending on the situation
In work or university activities, I use positive language when speaking to myself and others
I can change my beliefs for a better purpose
