Purpose of the Survey

This survey aims to gather insights on consumer perceptions and behaviors regarding sustainability and resilience in Brighton. By including feedback from key tourism supply chain stakeholders—Destination Management Organizations, tour operators, travel agents, accommodation providers, and transportation sectors—we seek to identify effective strategies to optimize sustainability and enhance destination endurance.

How Your Data Will Be Used

The data collected will contribute to academic research on tourism supply chain management and will be used to inform practical improvements in Brighton's tourism sector.
