Regarding the logo placement on the shirt, I will see it more attractive if the logo is little smaller than as of now, maybe something like 10:8 of the current size.
Its Clean and sharp. Color take should be interchanged, symbol in Navy and text in RED. Color tones are right. Application of logo should be taken care as it might not be so prominent on dark base.
Placement of logo should not be in front as the brand new for consumer, should only be applied to the visible part when it is accepted in market.
I like the fact that there is a compass that connotes a sense of adventure, which is in line with Camino philosophy. I would suggest a few changes. Right now, the logo (say B1) looks kind of busy. So if there was a way to shrink the compass size and position it in such a way around C that it people should immediately recognize it as a compass, yet the overall logo should look less busy and more clean. One way you may be able to achieve this is by not showing the complete compass but a part of it.
In few words Camino's logo should be edgy, clean and make people think of adventure.
