Customer loyalty

Do you think that in different stores there are different items and service quality? If yes, could you name the differences?

  1. i think in general here the service quality is not as high as i would wish for. there is a lot of immigrant labor with low education and training, a lack of friendliness, customer focus, and social skills. but this depends on the part of town that i live in (söder). generally, you can see a lot that the more expensive stores, like willys, ica, and coop, have a better and broader product range, and it also appears that their products do have a higher quality.

  3. at other stores, the price is higher. some stores in the same neighborhood are dirty; the assortment is good - not too small and not too big. in big stores, the assortment is sometimes too wide - it makes me confused.
