The cover letter is informative and contains the most important parts of a cover letter. In the question on age, your age intervals overlap. I would advise to change the question "Which reviews you read more frequently?" as before you start reading a review it does not always clear if it is going to be a positive or a negative one. You could have tried using a bigger variety of question types and formats. Other than that, this was a good attempt to create an Internet survey!

I liked the cover letter, there as as much information as it needs to be in it. I just think that there could have been some questions where I could write my own opinion, not only to answer yes or no.

The cover letter is very sophisticated. Maybe there could be something that would encourage more to complete the survey. One more thing that could be improved is that at first, there are options for those who don't read reviews, but later you can only answer the questions if you read them. All in all, they survey is cool ;)
