  7. For me the core values are. Functionalism, Good design to help humans thrive. available and affordable for all. Minimalistic/simplistic. I am working on a similar school project myself. What are the core values of Scandinavian design and where do these stem from (historically and culturally). When I came across this I was immediately interested in what results you have found and I was wondering if you would want to share them with me.   8. Simple,Minimalistic design; affordable
  9. I love Scandinavian design but would be much more likely to look at it in a museum or shop rather than buy, this is due to it having a very particular aesthetic that would not necessarily fit with items I already own.
  10. From my view, Scandinavian design in Britain seems to be more expensive but sought after for its quality. Bang & Olufsen for example produce some very expensive sound/video equipment that can be almost double the price of a normal speaker system such as for example Philps just because of its "Scandinavian design".
